Status of special purpose revenue bonds under commercial code

This section says that special purpose revenue bonds are treated as investment securities under Hawaii's commercial code, no matter what else this part or the bond's own wording says. The only bond terms that still apply are the ones about registration.

The statute, as written — ‑207 Status of special purpose revenue bonds under Uniform Commercial Code

Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this part or any recitals in any special purpose revenue bonds issued under this part, all such special purpose revenue bonds shall be deemed to be investment securities under the Uniform Commercial Code, chapter 490, subject only to the provisions of the special purpose revenue bonds pertaining to registration.
