Keeping a record of state money

The state finance director must keep a cash book in their office. All money received and paid out of the state treasury for each state department and bureau must be recorded in that book.

The director of finance shall keep in the director's office a cash book in which shall be entered up all sums received and paid out of the treasury on account of the several departments and bureaus of the State.
