Board members and committee members cannot be paid

No member of the board, no officer of the board other than the treasurer, and no member of any committee, other than an employee, shall be compensated for services; provided that reasonable life, health, accident, similar insurance protection, and the reimbursement of reasonable expenses incurred in the execution of the duties of the position shall not be considered compensation.
