Credit union accounts follow other rules unless they conflict
This section says that credit union share and deposit accounts must follow the general rules in article 4 of this chapter, unless those rules conflict with the special rules in this part. If there is a conflict, the special rules in this part win.

Except to the extent that the provisions of this part are inconsistent, all provisions of article 4 shall apply to the share accounts and deposit accounts offered by a credit union. In case of any inconsistencies, the provisions of this part shall control.
