HRS §412:10-700

Credit unions can offer insurance to members

A credit union is allowed to buy or provide insurance for its members, either for each person separately or as a group. This section simply gives credit unions that permission. It does not set any rules about the insurance itself.

A credit union may purchase or make available insurance for its members either on an individual or group basis.
