Notifying the commissioner about opening or moving a support facility

If a Hawaii financial institution opens or moves a support facility, it must send a letter to the commissioner within thirty days. The letter must state the facility's location, what it will do, and the date (or expected date) of the opening or move.

A Hawaii financial institution that opens or relocates a support facility shall within thirty days thereafter submit a letter to the commissioner containing the following information: (1) The location of the support facility; (2) A description of the type of functions which the support facility will perform; and (3) The date or anticipated date of opening or relocation.
