Notice required when closing a support facility

A Hawaii financial institution must tell the state banking commissioner within 30 days after closing a support facility. The notice must say where the facility was and the date it closed. This section only sets the notice requirement.

A Hawaii financial institution shall provide notice to the commissioner of its closure of a support facility within thirty days of the closing. The notice shall contain the location of the support facility closed and the date of closing.
