Where to show your company's license

A financial services loan company must put a copy of its main office license where people can easily see it at the main office. It must also put a copy of each branch office license in a visible spot at that branch. This rule is about showing licenses, not about getting them.

Every financial services loan company shall display a copy of its principal office license in a conspicuous place at its principal office and shall display a copy of a branch office license in a conspicuous place at the branch office designated on the branch office license.
