Voting agreements

Two or more members can sign a written agreement on how they will vote. The agreement can last up to ten years and can be enforced by a court.

(a) Two or more members may provide for the manner in which they will vote by signing an agreement for that purpose. The agreements may be valid for a period of up to ten years. (b) A voting agreement created under this section is specifically enforceable.
