When other people must approve changes to your nonprofit's rules

This section lets a nonprofit's articles (its main rules) require that certain named people, not just the board, must approve changes to the articles or bylaws in writing. If such a rule is in the articles, it can only be changed with those people's written approval.

The articles may require an amendment to the articles or bylaws to be approved in writing by a specified person or persons other than the board. Such a provision in the articles may only be amended with the approval in writing of such person or persons.
