How the state invests the risk management fund

The finance director must invest all money in the state risk management revolving fund. Any interest earned from those investments goes back into the same fund.

The director of finance shall invest all moneys appropriated or assessed to the state risk management revolving fund. Interest upon the investments shall be credited to the state risk management revolving fund.
