Risk manager

This section says the comptroller must hire a risk manager. That manager handles risks to state property, workers, and operations, and carries out the comptroller's duties under this chapter.

The comptroller shall appoint a risk manager to supervise and direct the determination and treatment for the best interests of the State of all risks appertaining to the property of the State and its personnel and operations. The risk manager shall be responsible for the administration of the comptroller's responsibilities with respect to this chapter.
