Other laws still apply to corporations

This section says that nothing in this chapter lets a corporation ignore other laws. It must still follow all other applicable laws. This is a general rule that other laws remain in effect.

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to relieve any corporation from compliance with or being subject to any other applicable law.
