Court-ordered ending of a limited partnership

A partner can ask a circuit court to end the limited partnership if it has become impractical to keep running it according to the partnership agreement. The court decides whether to order the end. This section only covers that court process.

The statute, as written — Judicial dissolution

On application by a partner, the circuit court may order dissolution of a limited partnership if it is not reasonably practicable to carry on the activities of the limited partnership in conformity with the partnership agreement.
