Getting your certificate of authority

The statute, as written — Issuance of certificate of authority

Unless the director determines that an application for a certificate of authority fails to comply as to form with the filing requirements of this chapter, the director, upon payment of all filing fees, shall file the application and issue a certificate of authority and mail it to the limited liability company or its representative.
