HRS §431:10B-102
Which insurance policies this law covers
This law applies to life, accident, and health insurance sold with loans or credit, unless the loan lasts more than ten years or the insurance is a one-time deal not tied to a creditor's plan. It does not excuse anyone from following other laws.
