How the joint underwriting plan's costs are shared

The statute, as written — Allocation of costs

All costs incurred in the operation of the joint underwriting plan bureau and the operation of the plan, including administrative, staff, consultative costs as provided in section 431:10C-215, and claims paid, other than assigned claims as provided in section 431:10C-408(d), shall be allocated fairly and equitably among the plan members.
