Fiduciary bond costs can be reimbursed

If you are a fiduciary who must get a bond, you can count the reasonable premium you paid for that bond as part of your allowed expenses. The court or official who appointed you decides if the amount is reasonable and can be reimbursed.

Any fiduciary required by law to give bonds, may include, as part of the fiduciary's lawful expense to be allowed by the court or official by whom the fiduciary was appointed, the reasonable amount paid as premium for the bonds to the surety insurer who issued or guaranteed the bonds.
