HRS §431:20-109

Extra time to meet higher financial requirements

This section gives title insurers extra time to meet higher capital, surplus, or deposit requirements that took effect on July 1, 1988. If the new rules demand more than before, the insurer has three years from that date to comply. It only covers that specific transition period.
