Status of association policies

This section says that financial institutions must treat a policy from the association just like a policy from a regular insurance company licensed in Hawaii. It is a short rule about how these policies are viewed.

All financial institutions shall consider a policy issued by the association to be the same as a similar policy issued by an insurer authorized to transact insurance in this State.
