Insurance company financial reports stay secret

This section says that certain financial analysis ratios and examination summaries about insurance companies, which are sent to the insurance division by a national system, are confidential. The insurance division cannot share these documents with anyone.

All financial analysis ratios and examination synopses concerning insurance companies that are submitted to the insurance division by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' Insurance Regulatory Information System are confidential and may not be disclosed by the insurance division.
