When a policy starts for a reciprocal insurer

A policy that an original subscriber applies for takes effect at the same time the reciprocal insurer gets its certificate of authority. This section sets the start time for such policies.

Any policy applied for by an original subscriber shall become effective concurrently with the issuance of a certificate of authority to the reciprocal insurer.
