Keeping records and giving receipts for deposits

The finance director must keep a permanent record of all deposited funds and securities, and must give the insurer a receipt for them. This section only covers recordkeeping and receipts.

(a) The director of finance shall keep a record in permanent form of all such funds and securities. (b) The director of finance shall deliver to the insurer a receipt for all funds and securities so deposited by it.
