Delivering written information to the insured

This section says that when an insurance company gives written materials to an administrator to pass along to the insured person, the administrator must deliver them quickly after getting the go-ahead from the insurer.

The statute, as written — Delivery of written information to insured

Any policies, certificates, booklets, termination notices, or other written communications delivered by the insurer to the administrator for delivery to the insured, shall be delivered by the administrator promptly after receipt of instructions from the insurer to deliver them.
