Fine for operating without registration

If you work as a pharmacy benefit manager in Hawaii without first registering as required by this law, you must pay a fine. Each time you do this counts as a separate violation.

Any person who acts as a pharmacy benefit manager in this State without first being registered pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $500 for each violation.
