Court review of insurance commissioner decisions

This section says that any decision or finding made by the insurance commissioner under this article can be reviewed in a court in Hawaii that has the power to hear it. It does not set any specific rules for how that review works.

All decisions and findings of the commissioner made under the provisions of this article shall be subject to review by proper proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction in this State.
