Notice of right to external review

This section says that when an enrollee is told about their right to an external review, the notice must list the options they have under this part. The insurance commissioner can decide what the notice looks like and what it says.

The statute, as written — Notice of right to external review

Notice of the right to external review issued pursuant to this part shall set forth the options available to the enrollee under this part. The commissioner may specify the form and content of notice of external review.
