Who runs the reserve trust fund

This section says the reserve trust fund must be managed by a board of at least three trustees. All trustees must be doctors who are active members of the interindemnity arrangement. They are elected every two years or more often by a majority of the arrangement's members.

The reserve trust fund created by such trust agreement shall be administered by a board of trustees of three or more members, all of whom shall be physicians and surgeons, participating members in the interindemnity arrangement, and elected biennially or more frequently by at least a majority of all members participating in the interindemnity arrangement.
