Members can inspect the arrangement's books and records

This section gives each member of an interindemnity arrangement the right to see and inspect the arrangement's books and records. The board of trustees can make reasonable rules about how and when members can do this.

The statute, as written — Rights of members

Each member participating in an interindemnity arrangement shall have the right of access to, and the inspection of, the books and records of the interindemnity arrangement, subject to reasonable regulation by the board of trustees.
