The insurance commissioner can investigate people to see if they broke this law, and can share information about violations. The commissioner decides when and how to investigate, and what to publish.

The commissioner, in the commissioner's discretion, may: (1) Make public or private investigations within or outside of this State as the commissioner deems necessary to determine whether any person has violated or is about to violate this chapter, or to aid in the enforcement of this chapter; and (2) Publish information concerning the violation of this chapter.
