Hearings and subpoenas in investigations

This section lets the commissioner or their chosen person hold hearings during an investigation or case. These hearings follow the state's rules for administrative hearings. It does not say anything else about how hearings work.

For the purpose of any investigation or proceeding, the commissioner or any person designated by the commissioner may hold hearings subject to chapter 91.
