Extra rules for getting a license
This section lets the licensing authority add more requirements for getting a license. It can ask for proof that partners are adults, that the applicant is honest and financially sound, and that business registration is done before applying.

In addition to any other requirements provided by law, the licensing authority may also require by rule that the applicant provide the following: (1) In the case of a partnership applicant, each general partner shall attest that each partner is beyond the age of majority; (2) Proof that the applicant is competent, trustworthy, fair, and has financial integrity; and (3) Proof that the applicant has satisfied all applicable business registration requirements prior to applying for licensure.
