Fines for breaking this law
If you do something illegal under this chapter, you will have to pay a fine. The fine is at least $500 and no more than $2,500 for each separate illegal act. This section only sets the fine amount.

Any person who engages in an unlawful act or practice that violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $500 or more than $2,500 for each unlawful act or practice.
