Motor vehicle repair dealers must keep the records the board requires, let the board or police inspect them, and keep them for at least two years. This section only covers recordkeeping and inspection duties.

Each motor vehicle repair dealer shall maintain such records as are required by rules adopted by the board. The records shall be open for reasonable inspection by the board or other law enforcement officials. All such records shall be maintained for at least two years.
