HRS §437D-10

Pamphlet rules for damage waiver options

Before a rental agreement is signed, a landlord who offers a damage waiver option must give the tenant a plain-language pamphlet with the required information. The landlord can instead put the pamphlets in a visible, easy-to-reach spot on the rental desk or counter.
