Court orders to stop violations

The director can go to court to stop someone from breaking this law or doing things that help break it. The court can also give other help it thinks is right. This is an extra option, not the only one.

The statute, as written — Injunctive relief

The director may, in addition to any other remedies available, bring an action in any court of this State to enjoin a person from continuing any violation of this chapter or doing any acts in furtherance thereof, and for any other relief that the court deems appropriate.
