How cemetery maps can handle improvement district liens

This section says that even though dedicated cemetery property is usually exempt from subdivision rules, the map or plat required for it can be treated as a subdivision or consolidation. This allows improvement district liens to be prorated or consolidated before the property is dedicated.

Notwithstanding section 441-4 exempting dedicated cemetery property from subdivision laws, the map or plat required by section 441-3 may be treated for purposes of proration or consolidation of any improvement district lien as a subdivision or consolidation thereof.
