Delivery of agreement

When you sign a contract for cemetery property, pre-need burial, or pre-need funeral services, the cemetery or funeral authority must give you a copy of it right then. If two people sign together as co-tenants, they only need to get one copy total.

The cemetery or pre-need funeral authority shall deliver a copy of any contract pertaining to cemetery property, pre-need interment or pre-need funeral services to the person or persons signing it at the time the signature is obtained; provided that only one copy need be delivered to the parties signing as co-tenants.
