Resurveying and updating a filed map

This section allows a property map that was filed under this chapter to be resurveyed and replatted, and an updated map to be filed, as long as the change does not disturb any buried human remains.

Any plat of the property mapped or platted in accordance with this chapter may be resurveyed and replatted, and an amended map or plat filed, so long as such change does not disturb the interred remains of any deceased person.
