Public record of chiropractic licenses

The chiropractic board must keep a public record of every license it issues. The record must show the licensee's name, license number, when the license starts and ends, and whether it is active or not. Anyone can look at this record.

The board shall keep for public inspection a record of all licenses issued containing: the name, license number, effective and expiration dates of the license, and status of the license of the person to whom the license to practice chiropractic is issued.
