Pawnbroker license fee and term

The county treasurer can give a one-year license to a suitable person to run a pawnbroking business, but the person must pay $100 for it. This section only sets the fee and license length.

The treasurer may grant licenses for the period of one year, to suitable persons, to carry on the business of pawnbroking upon payment of the sum of $100.
