Penalty for breaking pawnbroker rules
A licensed pawnbroker who breaks any rule in this part of the law must pay a fine and loses their license. The fine is up to $2,500 for each separate violation. This section only covers the penalty for not following the rules.

Every licensed pawnbroker who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this part shall be fined not more than $2,500 for each violation and shall forfeit the pawnbroker's license.
