Fines and license loss for auction rule violations

If you break any of the rules in sections 445-22 through 445-26, you can be fined up to $500 and a court may take away your auctioneer's license. Each day you keep breaking the rules counts as a separate violation with its own fine.

The statute, as written — Penalty

Any person violating any of the provisions of sections 445-22 to 445-26, shall be fined not more than $500 and the person's auctioneer's license shall be subject to forfeiture at the discretion of the court. Each day that any of the above specified sections are violated constitutes a separate offense, punishable as in this section provided.
