When license fees are due

This section says that all license fees set by state law are due and payable at times chosen by the county where the license will be used. The county decides when you must pay, unless another law says otherwise.

All fees for licenses prescribed by any law of the State, except as otherwise specifically provided, shall be due and payable at times to be established by the county within which the license is to be operative.
