Counties can still do their own electrical and plumbing inspections

This section says that the state law does not stop counties from doing their own electrical or plumbing inspections. Counties can follow their own local rules for these inspections. It only protects the counties' right to inspect, nothing else.

Nothing in this chapter should deprive the several counties of the right to perform electrical or plumbing inspections, as regulated by their respective ordinances.
