Moving an escrow depository's office

An escrow depository must get written permission from the state banking commissioner before moving its office. The request must explain why it wants to move and include any other information the commissioner asks for.

No escrow depository may relocate its offices without first obtaining prior written approval from the commissioner. The application shall set forth the reasons for the relocation and other information that may be required by the commissioner.
