License renewal and restoration fees

This section says licenses last for three years and must be renewed every three years. If your license expired less than a year before the renewal deadline, you must pay an extra restoration fee on top of the regular renewal fees.

The statute, as written — Licensure fees

[Section effective until June 30, 2026. For section effective July 1, 2026, see below.] Licenses shall be valid for three years and shall be renewed triennially. Any applicant for renewal of a license that has expired within one year of the renewal deadline shall be required to pay a restoration fee in addition to all renewal fees.
