Reporting violations to the national mortgage licensing system

The state's mortgage commissioner must regularly send information about violations, enforcement actions, and other relevant matters to the national mortgage licensing system (NMLS). This reporting must follow the confidentiality rules in another section of the law.

Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the commissioner is required to regularly report violations of this chapter, as well as enforcement actions and other relevant information, to NMLS subject to the confidentiality provisions contained in section 454F-14.
