Where collected fees and fines go

This section says that all fees and fines the commissioner collects must be put into a special state fund called the compliance resolution fund. This rule applies even if other laws say something different.

Any law to the contrary notwithstanding, fees and fines collected by the commissioner shall be deposited into the compliance resolution fund established pursuant to section 26-9(o).
