Penalties for breaking this chapter

This section sets the penalty for anyone who breaks the rules in this chapter or its regulations. Each day the violation continues counts as a separate offense, and each offense can bring a fine. The fine is capped at a maximum amount per offense.

The statute, as written — Penalties

Any person who violates this chapter or rules adopted pursuant thereto shall be subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 for each separate offense. For purposes of this section, each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
